Project Overview

Organizations often struggle with fragmented, manual, and siloed HR processes when managing candidate onboarding and administrative tasks. At PeopleX, stakeholders—including candidates, recruiters, E-Admins, experts, and P-Admins—relied on disparate tools (email threads, spreadsheets, phone calls) to share offer letters, track follow-ups, and coordinate across teams. ​

By crafting a role-based architecture and designing tailored UIs for each persona, the project succeeded in replacing fragmented, manual processes with a cohesive, scalable platform. The delivered PWA and SAAS portal not only improved user satisfaction (as measured by NPS) but also delivered measurable operational efficiencies for PeopleX and its corporate clients.

Challenges

Unify pre-onboarding and post-offer workflows—engagement plans, offer management, analytics—into one cohesive platform while serving four user types (Candidate, Recruiter, Expert, E-Admin) with role-based access.

Deliver a Progressive Web App (PWA) for candidates that:

  • Provides offline-capable OTP login.

  • Surfaces personalized “Card Sets” to explain job details, culture, and policies.

  • Enables chat, document access, and “surprise” gifts to sustain engagement.

Build a cloud-hosted SaaS portal for Recruiters and E-Admins offering:

  • Dashboards and insights to track candidate statuses (at-risk, well-engaged, yet to accept offer).

  • Modules for creating Card Sets, reviewing candidate requests (DOJ changes, offer declines), and generating automated reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Granular role-based permissions so each user sees only the features they need (e.g., Experts see only Chats and Profile).

    • SAAS Portal for HR/Admin Roles (E-Admin, Recruiter, CEP, P-Admin): browser-based dashboards with responsive tables, charts, and role-specific navigation menus.
